Delivery time varies from item to delivery location. Our most of the parcels get delivered within 2 business weeks after it get processed from our end. Please note there is a 1-3 business days of time required to process the order and this time is not included in our delivery time.

Cozy Nighties don’t offer returns for most of the items whereas we do offer a 48 hours return policy for selected products purchased through their website. The product must be in its original condition and have all tags attached. For more details look for our Refunds & Exchanges page.

After you place an order with Cozy Nighties, several things happen:

1. Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email that confirms your order has been received and is being processed.

2. Processing: The Cozy Nighties team will process your order, which includes reviewing the order details, preparing the products for shipment, and preparing the shipping label.

3. Shipment: Once your order is ready, it will be shipped out to you. You will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes the tracking number for your package.

4. Delivery: Depending on the shipping method you selected, your package should arrive within a few days to a few weeks.
