Refund and Returns Policy

At CozyNighties.com, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with every purchase. However, due to the intimate nature of our products, we have certain restrictions in place.

Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on nighties, innerwear, or intimate, or sanitary goods for hygiene and safety reasons. We hope you understand that this policy helps ensure the integrity and quality of our products.

Exchange Eligibility for Seal-Packed Items:

For seal-packed items, we offer a limited 48-hour exchange window. This window begins from the time of delivery, meaning that once your package is marked as delivered to your shipping address, you have exactly 48 hours to request an exchange if the item meets our return criteria.

To qualify for an exchange (upon return):

The product must remain in its original, unopened packaging.
The seal on the packaging must be completely intact, with no signs of tampering or damage.

We strongly recommend inspecting your order upon delivery. If you wish to exchange a product, please get in touch with us within these 48 hours to initiate the process. Unfortunately, exchanges requested beyond this timeframe, or for items whose packaging has been opened or compromised, will not be accepted.

Sale and Clearance Items:

All sale, final sale, and clearance items are not eligible for return or refund. These purchases are considered final, so please make sure you’re happy with your selection before completing the checkout process.

Our Inspection Process:

Once we receive your return for exchange, our team will carefully inspect the packaging. If everything is in perfect condition and the seal remains unbroken, we will process your exchange request. However, if the packaging shows any signs of being opened or tampered with, we regret that we will not be able to exchange the item/order.
